I found this cute project on Deep Space Sparkle but it was only a cute suggestion that she had found on Plastiquem. The first graders that did this project did a great job and they loved the outcome. They also loved discussing all the Christmas carols they like to sing and all the places they’ve been to sing them! 🙂
We started with a head and simple body and added a little toboggan. We also discussed the art of Fair Isle Sweaters and decorated our carolers sweaters like that. Here are some of their cute results!

Hey there! I see you’ve posted pics of the kiddos….I was wondering if your parents have signed releases for them to be used online? I always ask parents before I post their child’s face photo on line….even if they have a media release. Just something to think about.(their projects turned out cute!!!)
Yes, our school sends home a release form at the beginning of each school year that covers photos, videos, etc. I asked their teacher before I posted for sure! I rarely include the kids with their projects but they were just so cute. : )
